The ideal candidate will have prior experience in recruitment or human resources, with knowledge of screening, interviewing, and hiring practices.

This position requires a creative individual who is a team player with great interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate and assist the Manager in fulfilling the hiring needs of the company
  • Think out of the box and come up with the most effective methods of recruiting and attracting candidates
  • Post job ads in digital media i.e. (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Rozee and in other available local job boards) for all the open position
  • Manage the recruitment of qualified applicants for open positions and ensure that hiring standards are followed.
  • Come up with new ideas for branding to get more candidates.
  • Review applicant resumes, select, screen, and conduct initial telephonic interviews
  • Send email invitations to the selected candidates and manage interview schedules with the hiring managers
  • Maintain and update the recruitment status in Applicant Tracking System on timely manners
  • Maintain a positive candidate experience during all stages of the process.
  • Other related duties as assigned by manager
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Human Resource Management.
  • Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience in IT / software industry.
  • Experience using social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook etc.) for recruiting is a must.
  • Proven track record handling a large volume of recruitment initiatives at the same time.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent Team Player
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and outlook.
  • Professional proficiency of English communication is required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Good to have :

  • Knowledge of the Software industry
