We are looking for a Rockstar Talent Acquisition Manager who will partner with leadership to anticipate and meet the evolving staffing needs of Careem through sourcing, recruiting and hiring talent.

We need someone results-driven, resourceful, adept at building strong relationships and able to navigate changing hiring priorities and demands.

You will develop and drive our recruitment agenda, develop and implement recruiting strategies, structure and processes, support expansion into new markets, and develop and implement effective onboarding programs.

You will play a pivotal role in supporting the cities we are in, as well as wider expansion plans by sourcing, attracting, assessing and hiring key talent.

Key responsibilities include :

Develop and drive the recruiting strategy

Source, attract and hire top talent for key organisational roles

Identify new recruiting insights and develop effective strategies and solutions to mitigate risks and continually improve practice

Build and lead a high-performing, collaborative team built on honesty, trust, and respect

Provide Hiring Manager with updates and summaries of recruiting progress and activity

Work with Hiring Managers to determine best fit candidates, coordinate interviews, receive timely feedback and present / manage offers

Work with Hiring Managers and make offer recommendations to close on selected candidates

Interviews, screens, and recruits job applicants across all levels. Reviews applications and interviews applicants to match experience with specific job related.

Conducts phone interviews and face-to-face interviews

Experience in using or implementing people management software

Experience in creative and digital recruiting
