Role Description :

360training is seeking a HR Genralist to join our growing team in Karachi, Pakistan. The HR Genralist must ensure data accuracy of employee information in HRIS system for new hires, employee changes and updates.

Responsibilities will include assisting in building an organizational culture by regular corporate communication to staff and using virtual tools to communication and engage the employees.

Key Job Functions and Responsibilities :

  • Ensure data accuracy of employee information in HRIS system for new hires, employee changes and updates.
  • To administer the benefits related activities, process OPD claims and payout via insurance carrier.
  • To coordinate with accounting and payroll partner firm and provide them all relevant information that's needed by them to process payroll.
  • To manage employee confidential data and personnel files and keep them up to date.
  • To provide input, feedback and research data for developing and maintaining HR policies and procedures.
  • To assist in building a organizational culture by regular corporate communication to staff and using virtual tools to communication and engage the employees.
  • Meet with business leaders to assess hiring needs and translate into job descriptions, and recruiting strategy
  • Improve and manage recruiting process to ensure exceptional candidate experience
  • Coordinate all recruiting activities, from scheduling interviews to extending offer letters
  • Drafts all employee letters, coordinate in employment verification activities, use the pre-defined templates for contracts and offer letters to prepare the letters for new hires.
  • Conduct sourcing for candidates using various methods, including on-line tools, or other creative strategies
  • Coordinate in on-boarding or new hire, conduct New Employee Orientation, manage overall onboarding process, other new hire related activities.
  • Conduct analysis of associate data related to recruiting, employment trends and other HR metrics
  • Provide subject matter expertise on areas of employee relations, performance management, coaching, policy updates and communications
  • Conduct analysis of associate data related to recruiting, employment trends and other HR metrics
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and state employment laws and practices
  • Maintain and expand knowledge and understanding of existing and proposed federal and state laws / regulations impacting HR practices at company.
  • Provide support to HR core process execution and delivery, including compensation administration, performance management and talent management.
  • To plan, conduct and document employee exit process include exit interview, clearance, and payout of final settlement.
  • Coordinate employee recognition programs and employee engagement activities, including HR projects and ad hoc requests.
  • Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

  • MBA degree in Human Resources or equivalent degree will be preferred.
  • 2-3 years experience in HR at generalist level role.
  • Experience in technical recruiting in the technology industry will be an added plus.
  • Thorough knowledge of general HR practices including federal and state employment laws and regulations.
  • Solid knowledge of HR plans, programs, and procedures related to compensation and benefits administration.
  • Proficiency in MS Office including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience of maintaining HRIS or HRMS systems like ADP, Namely, ExponentHR, Time Trax etc.
  • Must be able to operate in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient with using web-based applications like JIRA etc.
  • Must be flexible with the work schedule, and should be able to adopt in work from home, work from office, and remote working environment
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with neutral or American English accent.
