Assistant Manager - Compensation & Benefits.

This position will be responsible for :

1) KPI management

2) Fleet card management

3) Maintain record and manage employee health insurance

4) Maintain record and manage hostel facility

Essential Requirement :

  • MBA-HR or other relevant degree
  • 2 to 3 Years of relevant experience
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and decision making ability
  • Proficiency in HRIS & Microsoft Office
  • Proactive, enthusiastic and innovative approach to complete tasks
