Join one of the fastest emerging internet marketing companies based in Lahore. As the sole Senior Business Analyst you will fulfill the duties of a Portfolio / Project Manager and will have end-to-end project management responsibilities of multiple projects.

He / she will be responsible for the successful delivery of the project and management of the project team and its activities on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to;* Project initiation activities including development of project charters, project objectives and deliverables and resource planning;

Detailed project planning activities including project scoping, team planning, scheduling, budgeting, communication planning and risk identification, etc.

Project execution and control activities including quality assurance and control, issue resolution, risk monitoring & control, compliance management, change management, team development, performance reporting, exception management and communications;

Project closure activities including gaining formal customer acceptance, financial and procurement closure, lessons learned and documentation archiving.

Job Specification

Bachelor's or undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems,* Understanding of emerging web technologies (i.

e. content management systems, portals, business intelligence tools, etc.)* Ability to create projects plans and report on project progress to senior level executives* Ability to plan, estimate, and schedule multiple tasks and develop detailed resource and project plans* Must have experience of working in a team environment* Must have experience of motivating and communicating with individuals or group* Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written and excellent organizational skills* Must have the ability to work flexibly and on own initiative* Leadership qualities : Integrity, attention to detail, timeline sensitive, goal oriented, motivator* Experience in working with internal and external partners* Ability to interface with all levels in customer organization

Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Visio
