About the Job :

This is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing Sales Enablement team at KeepTruckin. We are responsible for driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales tools and programs with a goal to transform the productivity and performance of the SMB Inbound sales motion.

This role will be responsible for overseeing a team of 80 Inbound sellers based in Islamabad and Lahore, Pakistan, and 2 frontline managers based in the US, while working cross-functionally to develop best-in-class workflows.

You will work with functional leaders throughout the business as a 'go-to' problem solver and thought leader for Inbound sales.

What You'll Do :

  • Design and develop ongoing training for sales teams ranging from quick sales tips to full sales procedure courses in LMS.
  • Help identify knowledge and skill gaps based on Sales team needs
  • Create and procure content to fill knowledge gaps, combined with facilitation of Enablement office hours
  • Help develop and manage new processes rolled out to the SMB Inbound organization
  • Maintain process documentation to ensure everything is kept up to date
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, GTM, and IT teams to optimize our training and enablement focus
  • Expertly manage stakeholders, creating trust and demonstrating value
  • What We're Looking For :

  • Deep passion for sales, and learning with knowledge of Sales Enablement technologies, processes and best practices
  • Minimum of 3+ years working in a Sales and Customer Service role with SaaS Organisation
  • Direct experience in Enablement and / or Training
  • Engaging presentation and interpersonal skills ability to command the room during training activities
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Care about motivating and helping people learn and improve
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across all channels (email, meetings, presentations, etc.) and a proven track record of working effectively with diverse audiences
  • Project management skills, know how to create roadmaps and drive tangible results
  • Experience with regards to sales methodology and creating presentations / scripts
  • Preferable experience in Instructional Designing
