Job Description

  • Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation
  • Follow up on interview process status and update records in internal database
  • Stay active with current with job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release job descriptions and announcements
  • Handle administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance
  • Provide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to employees in relation to absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievance matters, and all other employee-relations matters
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor / Masters’ degree in HR, business, or a related field
  • 0-2 years’ experience
  • Additional HR training or experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
  • Knowledge of MS Office, HRIS systems, and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed
