Summary :

We're looking for a competitive and trustworthy executive who can help us enhance our business activities. T he job holder will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, ensure customers’ bookings and traces are actioned as per network standards and provide a competent, courteous efficient and proactive point of contact for customers both internal and external.

  • The executive is also responsible in helping to achieve revenue targets through effectively promoting and selling the company'
  • s products and value added services.

    Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system.
  • Track and trace shipments by interacting with truck drivers & update clients accordingly.
  • Ensure timely movement and delivery of freight to customers.
  • Interact with our customers in arranging their shipments, exceeding customer service expectations.
  • Ensure documents (POD) are timely sent to customer.
  • Ensure accurate and timely client invoicing.
  • Coordinating with brokers in clearing the shipments from borders
  • Contribute to maintain strong relationships with suppliers & drivers.
  • Understand department process flow, constantly looking for areas to improve efficiency.
  • Ensure all customers' standard operating procedures are followed and updated.
  • Meet KPI standards, as per the company procedures
  • Requirements :

  • Understanding of the logistics, freight forwarding, customs clearance process, documentation involved in
  • International shipments.
  • Effective communication, including writing, speaking and interpersonal communication
  • Quick critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent customer service and client relations skills
  • Time management skills
  • Good collaboration and team work abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of common obstacles and effective solutions
