POSITION TITLE :

Legal Assistant PURPOSE OF THE JOB :

To support function / group in managing legal services and external suppliers (e.g.

budget, invoicing, archiving); work under close supervision.

To perform administrative duties with technical or specialized content, operate specific computer processing systems and provide secretarial support to ensure the efficient day to day assistance to the function.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES :

1.Establish technical or financial documents, if necessary look for additional information required, check for completeness and accuracy in order to support the direct supervisor.

2.Perform secretarial duties such as typing, filing, travel arrangements, etc.

in order to ensure communication flow within and outside the department.3.Collect, consolidate and analyze data from different sources in order to prepare reports and statistics according to defined procedures.

4.Respond to information requests, which require finding elements from various sources and prepare ad-hoc correspondence or report in order to meet the needs of the requestors.

5.Handle contact with outside partners of the department, coordinate eventual corrective actions and settle problems according to procedures in order to meet internal and external business requirements.

6.Prepare and edit all technical or business related presentations and submit the documents for review and final approval in order to meet the needs of the direct supervisor.

7.Secure the execution of administrative duties during the direct supervisor's absence from the office in order to deliver the services required by the business.
