Job Purpose

Responsible to achieve agreed targets, providing technical service, and meeting the commercial needs of the customers

Key Accountabilities

1. HSE and Core Values

  • Responsible to comply with the company's ethics, HSE & PS policy by himself and within the team
  • 2. Operational Excellence

  • Implement agreed on monthly market visit plan
  • Maintaining trouble-free application at customer sites
  • Increase market share at existing customers and develop new customers
  • Initiate the development of new products
  • Timely Sharing of useful market information, which will help to develop a strategy
  • Management of operational variables through accurate forecasting, stocks, and debtors
  • Discuss technical and sales issues with customers for improvement and gain customer satisfaction as much as possible
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve product knowledge of both local range and IP technology
  • Abide by Company COC without any tolerance
  • To prepare self for NACE certification
  • Bachelors degree

    2-5 years of sales experience in the retail market

    Good negotiation skills

    Flexible to move at other locations

    Flexible for inter-city extensive traveling
