As a Robotics Sales Representative you are responsible for supporting the sale of Smith & Nephew Robotic Technology in the territory, partnering with the S&N Reconstruction sales organization to identify new business opportunities, attaining capital sales quota, and assisting with the transition of new accounts to the Business Development team.
Assist the Regional Robotic Sales Manager (RSM)with the identification of all Robotic opportunities within assigned territory.
Deliver accurate monthly and quarterly capital sales forecasts to RSM and Area Vice President.
Meet / exceed opportunity tracking goals per RSM and AVP (Surgeon meetings, pipeline growth, C-suite meetings, technology demos).
In conjunction with RSM, network and partner with all S&N counterparts in Region to improve new Robotic sales opportunities and delivery of Robotic systems sold.
Have a strong understanding of the competitive landscape. Utilize S&N tools and resources to continually increase win rates and grow S&N business.
Work with Smith and Nephew CAD / ASC Managers to ensure we are using all resources to drive Health System, IDN, and ASC Robotics initiatives within Region.
Work closely with the RSM to partner with the BD Team in coordinating an effective Robotic program launch assist in ensuring each program sold is launched appropriately
Execute clinical sales activities with key surgeons including technology demos, VSPs, cadaver labs, etc. in assigned territory.
Bachelor's Degree required; Advanced Degree preferred.
4+ years' medical device sales experience within orthopedic and / or capital equipment with proven track record of success required.
PC applications skills to include proficiency in various software applications such as Salesforce, Word for Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
Requires ability to lift multiple instrument implant kits weighing approximately 20 lbs. each.
Must have valid driver's license.
This position is located in : Southern California ( LA, Orange County, Irvine, San Diego, Central Coast)
Travel Requirements : 50-75%
