The Role

Keep tracking outstanding debts.

Plan course of action to recover owed money.

Locate and contact debtors.

Update account status and database regularly.

Comply with requirements when legal action is unavoidable.

Handle customers' questions or complaints.

Ideal Profile

You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Telecommunications.

You possess excellent communication and business partnering skills and can collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
