Customer Relationship Executive is required in Karachi for one of the leading public listed company in Pakistan. Candidates having Bachelors and Masters in Administration or related field along with 1 to 2 years of experience
Job Responsibilities :
Manage information flow in timely and accurate manner.
Promote and coordinate with customers business to business planning.
Strive to create new customers account, as well as retain customers royalty
Analyzing the market for import / export from / to Pakistan.
Coordinate and monitor market data / information conduct research & collect data to support when preparing reports and documents.
Prepare aging reports of all commercial customers and send Statement of Outstanding Accounts (SOA) to them on weekly basis.
Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
Calling all customers for follow ups of payment and invoicing related issues.
Coordinate with the Finance department timely to get the payment settlement entered in their systems.
Discuss all long outstanding invoices with the manager.
Coordinate and liaise with inter-department / inter-company requirements as per assigned.
