We’re looking for a highly-driven and motivated Talent Acquisition Associate for our team in Pakistan. The ideal candidate will have a track record as a significant individual contributor comfortable working independently, whilst working closely with the management team.

This role will be based in Lahore, Pakistan.

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct end to end recruitment process of recruitment nationwide.
  • Design and plan interview & selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
  • Source and discover top talent for open positions using job boards.
  • Create an exceptional candidate experience that represents foodpanda’s employee experience.
  • Explore and implement different tools and channels to enhance assessment processes such as psychometric test, general aptitude testing, etc.
  • Compensate and negotiate with candidates with consistency and integrity.
  • Support in onboarding new employees in Lahore & adjacent areas and arrange Orientation Sessions twice a week.
  • Drive internal stakeholders to ensure their areas of the onboarding processes are up to the mark.
  • Continually research ways to improve onboarding process and update the current process accordingly.
  • Process documentations and paperwork for new employees as well as assist with the orientation process.
  • Assist in executing career fairs, and any other event management tasks as per management requirement.
  • Provide off-boarding support to all employees.
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelors or master’s degree in business administration, HR or relevant field
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills.
  • Highly collaborative with people with the ability to build relationships quickly
  • At least 2+ years of work experience in relevant field of work.
  • Process-oriented and data-driven.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, or Google equivalents.
  • Proactive and could lead independent projects.
