The Role : Senior Specialist, CRM Operations

Location : Islamabad, Pakistan

Grade Level : 9 (For Internal Reference Only)

Shift : This is a Primarily night shift position (9 am to 6 pm EST) subject to change based on business needs

The Team : We are a global team with a presence in India, Pakistan and the Philippines. We support the commercial front-line team in the Order-to-Cash process by submitting quotes, generating contracts, and liaising with OTC teams such as legal, Order Management, Fulfillment, and Client Financial Relations.

The Impact : The CRM Ops team plays a critical role in the commercial buying experience. In this role, you will be responsible for improving the efficiency of the team with impact to the entire Commercial organization as well as to the client experience.

Responsibilities :

  • Pricing new sale and renewal quotes in Salesforce
  • Draft contracts for new sale and renewal through create a contract (CAC) tool within Salesforce
  • Assisting internal partners in fixing net renewal rate (NRR) in salesforce Einstein and providing support with data clean-up projects.
  • As a subject matter expert, contributing to the decision making process around business strategy and mentoring of more junior staff members.
  • Leading execution of the day-to-day driven workflow and supporting accomplishment of the team's deliverables.
  • Actively participate in team process improvement initiatives that support and facilitate the team
  • Closely working with our internal partners to support and at times initiate data clean-up projects and UAT initiatives.
  • Working with management to manage, improve and socialize departmental processes for efficient operation of the team (deliverables tracking and metrics, assignment flows).
  • Identifying gaps and develops mechanisms to provide operational support for new capabilities.
  • Requirements :

  • Knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Strong comprehension, oral and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce reporting is a plus
  • Attention to detail, self-motivation, positive mindset, excellent work ethic
  • Ability to analyze and discuss complex issues and identify possible solutions
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with people at all levels
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Strong organization, multi-tasking and prioritization skills
  • Commitment to integrity and excellence with a client-first mindset
  • Ability to work under pressure
