  • Assist business unit to execute sales activities to achieve sales targets and develop long term relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Develop proposals on sales, marketing and technical solutions for customers.
  • Develop and execute segment strategies for Customers & Key Accounts and ensure regular communication with the team
  • Also share necessary information with other functions (e.g. credit control, logistic, customer services).
  • Manage margin for the segment via effective Product Portfolio Management.
  • Resolve technical issues and provide trouble shooting services and solutions at customers' site, where required.
  • Produce regular market intelligence & customer survey reports and identify new avenues to ensure continuous business development.
  • Responsible to generate sales in respective business unit.
  • Collect customer data, feedback, and expectations as input for preparation of presentations, seminars and workshops to promote the products and services
  • Experience

    Minimum experience of 3-5 years in Sales.
