Analyze complex change requests for design efficiency, completeness andimpact analysis.

Develop test strategies, plans, cases, and scripts.

Coordinate with client, engineering, Customer Support teams to assure agreat end-to-end experience.

Evaluate and test software to validate functions and features as perassignments.

Plan, perform and supervise performance, security, usability andautomated testing.

Translate the requirements or user stories into test scripts.

Communicate effectively with development teams to get the issuesresolved and addressed.

Train, mentor and develop junior team members.

Requirements

Experience, Skills and Competencies :

1 to 3 years relevant experience.

Deep understanding of SDLC.

Good business analysis skills.

Database technologies : RDBMS, SQL programming, and No SQL Databases.

Experience with Web, Mobile Applications and latest trends.

Good knowledge of SQL programming and NO SQL databases.

Experience in test automation coding practices will be a plus point.

Strong analytical, communication and problem solving skills.
