As Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for identifying potential sites, selecting vendors, negotiating commercial terms and ensuring that all kitchens are fully occupied.
Consult with site procurement and operations teams to identify dark zones to be present in.
Identify potential Kitchens partners based on GMV, potential and reach.
Planning and Lead Management for potential vendors to come onboard to food panda Kitchens
Lead and negotiate commercial agreements with partners ensuring that business and financial objectives are met.
Min. 6 years of relevant experience
Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, management or equivalent experience
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Bias toward action and constant push for clarity and execution
High-growth operations or startup experience is strongly preferred
Superior persuasion and influencing skills to get the job done
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Prior experience in start-up preferred
