Location : This role is based in Islamabad, Pakistan. Flexibility model : Hybrid About the Role : This role is responsible to monitor / supervise the Construction and Interior development of building projects of Central / North Region and to to monitor and supervise the Operation & Maintenance of assigned buildings.

Your Impactful Goals will include : To supervise and ensure end to end completion of assigned projects as per PIP, supervision of O&M activities which include Civil, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Power Works etc.

To ensure the smooth operations. Your Typical Day will look like : Supervision of Facilities Management Construction & Development projects.

Quality Assurance and Implementation of HSE Procedures / policies. Preparation and Implementation / Tracking of Project Plans.

Coordination with associated departments / teams. Site search, Rental Negotiations and Legal documentation for the acquisition of buildings.

Supervision of Operation & Maintenance activities of assigned buildings including Civil, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Power Works etc.

Coordination with vendors and internal team for processing of O&M approvals Stakeholder management R&D work for Energy Efficient and Cost efficient techniques.

Conducting complete O&M audits of buildings. Assist HSE team for internal and external audits Preparation of Progress Reports.

Project documentation and records update. Assisting Line Manager in Regional Projects / Activities / Issues. Your Career Path : Depending upon the candidate’s potential, He / She can apply for future roles such as Assistant Manager Facilities Management or Assistant Manager Planning and Design.

What we're looking for : Education : Bachelors in Engineering (Civil / Electrical / Mechanical) Work experience : 3-5 years experience of Construction / Interior development projects.

3-5 years experience of Operations and maintenance or Facilities management. Functional Skills / Knowledge Areas : Design and Execution Experience of Construction & Interior development projects.

Knowledge and experience in Project Management Tools & Techniques. Knowledge and experience of Facilities Management and its routine operations.

R&D for Energy Efficient Buildings. Knowledge and Experience of HSE requirements. Should be able to contribute towards the implementation of the procurement processes.

Must have abilities to handle heavy work loads effectively and efficiently. Ability to handle multiple tasks. Good Presentation and Report writing Skills.
