Job Summary

Barium Digital Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a tech-savvy HR manager to spearhead our Human Resource department and take care of recruiting process.

The manager should be able to work with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to screen, track, interview, onboard and manage new hires.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Own the recruiting pipeline from preparing the Job Descriptions, consulting with the department heads on talent requirements and promoting the job on company networks
  • Shortlisting the resumes based on the Job criteria and conducting the first line of interviews including
  • Take care of employee onboarding including conducting the orientation, sending in the welcome pack and coordinating with technical team to setup necessary credentials
  • Implement employee assessment, development and training programs inside our HR framework
  • Manage all benefits for the employees including medical, EBF etc. This includes annual policy review, employee communication and day-to-day helpdesk inquiries
  • Closely monitor the KPIs of all the employees and perform periodic appraisals
  • Generate performance reports periodically and when required
  • Calculate employee wages and contractor payments based on the timesheets and coordinate with the finance department to process the payments
  • Responsible for employee record keeping
  • Requirements

  • Bachelors in Business or Similar
  • Extremely tech-savvy with understanding of MarTech roles
  • Close attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information
  • Comfortable working with databases and analytical tools
  • Strong skills in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
