Position Title : Site Manager Shared Kitchen - Karachi

We are looking for a highly-driven and motivated Site Manager - Shared Kitchens Karachi to join our fast-growing team based here in Pakistan.

The ideal candidate will have a track record as a significant individual contributor and comfortable working independently, whilst working closely with the management team.

In this exciting new role, the candidate will be directly reporting to the Assistant Manager - Shared Kitchens to manage and monitor progress on all projects to ensure the business runs smoothly & delivers innovative growth across the country.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage operational standards and procedures for the Shared Kitchen concepts
  • Create, implement, setup and support systems for existing and new Shared Kitchen locations
  • Train, coach, support, recruit and develop operations and facilities team
  • Analyse, evaluate, audit and action day to day performance of people and business
  • Collaborate vertically and horizontally with other departments and team members within the organization
  • B2B and B2C relationship management. Service delivery and customer experience of vendors, end users or other stakeholders
  • Food Safety / Health and Safety responsibility within the Shared Kitchens and of Vendors (Improvement standards)
  • Site, equipment, systems functionality and all repairs and maintenance accountability
  • Preventative Management planning for equipment repairs and services
  • Equipment ordering for new locations and the repairs or replacement for existing locations
  • Reporting on operations and facility on a scheduled basis with action planning and accountability
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in business, kitchen operations or related fields
  • 3-5 years of management experience in multi-site restaurant operations with a high focus on high volumes or production and food delivery
  • Proven record of experience in managing a team
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Self-learner mentality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Prior experience in start-up is preferred
