The ideal candidate must :

  • Have excellent ability to work in a professional office environment
  • Have good communication skills (both written / verbal in English) with a pleasing personality and outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Be able to manage calls by routing them to the proper extensions or taking messages and delivering them
  • Be able to keep record calls & posts
  • Be able to perform any other clerical duties necessary to keep the office running
  • Be able to resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
  • Previous experience in a similar role, willingness to learn and to grow will be a plus
  • Be able to provide assistance to company director in scheduling their tasks
  • Flexible with working hours (1 : 30 pm to 9 : 30 pm)
