As a S&S Key Account Manager Retail and Hospitality you’ll be responsible for delivering Sales Growth through strong key account plans, creating value and stronger customer connect in the Hospitality and retail segments.

What you’ll do

  • Develops and maintains excellent relationships with key personnel at named accounts.
  • Maximizes sales opportunities by increasing Signify share of accounts' purchases.
  • Creates action plans to penetrate key accounts, identify multiple stakeholders and engage internal resources while driving the sales process.
  • Drives for highest levels of customer satisfaction understanding challenges that are critical to customers and takes a solution-based approach
  • Participates in customer and / or industry events as needed.
  • Embraces the culture of the organization and places the interest of the company above ones own interest respecting GBP.
  • Your qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Management.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales & marketing with knowledge of selling lighting solutions.
  • At least 3 years of value-based selling in a market / customer-facing role with experience in sales of lighting systems with good understanding of Lighting Control Systems.
  • Pakistan market knowledge and Knowledge in GRMS / BMS Systems is a plus.

  • Proven quota achievement presenting systems and services to key accounts.
  • The ability to pursue commercial opportunities with energy and discipline and to close deals despite challenges.
  • An understanding of technology, software and connectivity domains including the benefits of maximum energy efficiency, data sharing, predictive resource delivery, platforms for services and integrated resource management.
  • Excellent communication in English and ability to engage well with employees at all levels of the organization.
