Job Description

1. Contacting potential or existing customer to inform them about a product or service using script.

2. Answering questions about product or the company

3. Asking questions to understand customer requirments and close sales

4. Enter and update customer information in the database.

5. Handle grevancies to perserve the company reputation

6. Take and process orders in an accurate manner

Requirments :

1. Qualification must be minimum Intermediate

2. Good knowldge of relevant computer program(e.g CRM)

3. 1 year of experience (Fresh Candidates also apply)

4. Ability to learn about products and services and describe / explain them to prospects.
