The correct colour inks are placed in the relevant ink duct stages 10%
Old material is threaded through the machine and the correct cutter will be Set up 5%
The cyrel plates is placed around required sized cylinders and gears and is placed on the machine to the correct colour stages 10%
The impressions are placed onto the material and are adjusted to run in register With the cutter 15%
Good material will be threaded through the machine and the print and colour quality will be checked. The information will be checked to correspond with the factory sheet by the supervisor, who when satisfied, will sign the label on the back of the factory sheet for the order to proceed 5%
Whilst the machine is in motion the operator will ensure the print and colour continuity and register is methodically checked 20%
When the required amount of labels have been produced a size change is required this entails a cyrel to be removed from a cylinder and replaced with another.
This is checked for the correct information and register, when satisfied the printing process can continue 20%
When the job has been completed and the coils quantities correspond with the factory sheet the supervisor will sign the label on the back of the factory sheet to indicate the job has been completed.
The order is then scanned out for production tracking and placed on the rewind work bench 5%
