The core objective of the Customer Service Associate role is to satisfactorily handle logistics operations & manage our customer’s supply chain requirements efficiently to ensure consistent service delivery in line with agreed customer KPIs.

Record, monitor and report operational milestones.
Primary contact focal to customer for any operational queries / issues & Exceptions.
Closely manage Shipping operations, inventory management and timely data management.
Timely and accurate documentation
Work closely in coordination with offsite teams to execute shared tasks
Efficiently handle the work assigned to you by your team leader and optimally utilize the resources resulting in high operational efficiency.
Maintain customer relationship and assist in maintaining and growing the current business by providing effective solutions to their needs.
Maintain proactive coordination with customer, vendors and other Maersk offices to process the shipments in time.
Vendor coordination and management
Focus on process improvement from a customer perspective as well as Maersk internally
Ensure KPIs are fulfilled against target
Ensure OPS strategy defined by team leader / CS Manager is executed
We are looking for
Flexibility towards shift working if required
Good data analysis skills
Effective communication skills
Should be able to work with minimum supervision
Good knowledge of OCE Export operations and associated documentation processes
Good knowledge of MS Excel
Service oriented with a prompt sense of urgency
Warehousing / Customs clearance knowledge would be an advantage
