Your Impactful goals will include :
Responsible for execution of FS product & distribution initiatives at regional level
Primary interface for Circle / HQ / Bank related operational issues
End to end responsibility of FS related projects rollout, FS distribution and business KPI performance
Ownership to drive and ensure FS float management and FS Regional trainings
Develop plans to maximize efficiency in the channel and grow business volume
To ensure smooth execution of regional campaigns to get desired business uptake
Monitoring of growth at regional & franchise level on month to month and year to year basis.
Identify the right size of channel, Investment, strengths and weaknesses of the channels
Build Competition & Channel Insights and coordinate with relevant team to address critical issues
Cluster level FS Performance Management and profitability.
Monitor and gauge franchise FS commissions
To manage channel operations of FS domain, customer complaint handling and digital initiatives such as Apollo by enabling the team to achieve company goals.
FS Market Intel and support for Regions
Essential Responsibilities :
Custodian of FS regional business operations, franchise and retailer level information, agreements and other important operation initiative and activities.
Ensure to remain update on product knowledge and efficiently provide operational support
To provide the technical support to the regional team on FS & system support related issues.
Working closely with all the stakeholders for execution of FS product, distribution side
Regional POC for external stakeholders related to FS Circle, HQ and Bank
Conducting belt / cluster level analysis and execute required strategies for fulfilling regional business ambitions
Responsible for New FS Product rollout, distribution initiatives and keep track of product update and performance
Evaluate expected challenges / risks and come up with mitigation strategy
Providing performance business insights to stake holders which help them to take better business decisions
Develop mitigation techniques for risks and ensure target achievements.
FS Campaign execution and visibility
Analyze day to day performance of channels & suggesting required changes to effectively achieve the desired results / targets
Collaboration / Coordination within S&D planning functions and with regions on daily basis
FS Governance model to monitor the Product KPIs management
To ensure that the staff is trained on Product knowledge, Systems, Routines & Procedures and soft skills
To ensure correct and up to date mapping of sales staff / franchises / retailers / territories in LI and Tracker for FS retailers
Fraud management at the channel through effective process for FS
Target Assignment and tracking on an agreed frequency
Ensure that sales team meets / exceeds Business KPIs and distribution KPI’s
FS Credit Planning / Management
To gather Market Intelligence information, regular visits on top retailers and ensure Retailer advocacy
Identifying strengths and weaknesses of regional operations and competition analysis
Special project planning and executions
Belt / cluster level FS KPIs monitoring & ensure to achieve the monthly KPIs

What we’re looking for?
Education : Preferably MBA / MCS / BBA / BSC
Work experience : 2 5 years relevant work experience (Sales, Operations and Planning)
