Flexibility : HybridAbout the Role : The Head of Services Operations shall be responsible to enhance customer experience by ensuring smooth operation of cloud infrastructure (Telco& IT), Virtualized Telco stack, BSS stack, IT office infrastructure and SOC / NOC process implementation.

Your Impactful Goals will include : To ensure smooth delivery of Services Operations i.e. cloud infrastructure (Telco& IT), Virtualized Telco stack, BSS stack, IT office infrastructure and SOC / NOC process implementation with a key focus customer experience as well.

Your Typical Day will look like : Organize and oversee daily operation of Cloud infrastructure, Virtualized telco core functions, Enterprise solutions, Core IT applications, Customer facing IT and Billing / Revenue solutions.

Evaluate regularly the efficiency of NOC / SOC procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements to ensure better customer experience.

Oversee customer experience management processes and organize them to enhance customer satisfactionReview financial information and ensure operational financial efficiencyDevelop long-term operational strategies, working closely with senior management to meet company objectives.

Build and maintain collaborative relationship with internal stakeholder and partners to ensure efficient deliveriesWork closely with HCD to lead team with integrity and establish and maintain a trusting, inclusive, and productive environmentDrive automation and AI implementation in the network and processes to meet organizational goals of efficiency.

Ensure smooth deliveries from Managed services deliveries from partners as per contractual agreements.Ensure delivery and efficient utilization of customer experience management tools for agreed enhancements in the experience.

What we're looking for : Education :

  • Bachelor degree (Engineering / Computer science or IT)Work experience :
  • 15 + years’ experience of managing Network & IT systemsPersonal qualities :
  • Outstanding written and verbal skills including the ability to clearly communicate and express self well in groups and one on one conversations.
  • Structured and self-driven, with a focus on deliverables and methodology
  • Analytical skills to evaluate data and make operational decisionsFunctional Skills / Knowledge Areas : In depth knowledge of telecommunications systems and architecture to understand business case, network requirements, assess solutions and draw a road map to accomplish goals with right balance of time and cost.
  • In depth knowledge of Managed services end to end service design, Business case and delivery.Proven record of team building and leadership skills;
