We are looking for a strong commercial analyst to join our team. Reporting to the Country Manager, the purpose of the role is to be responsible for and leading Sales Capabilities and Operations agenda across key territories in Pakistan via GTM management, sales channels and strategies development, Distributors’ partnership enhancements & raise distributor's Sales Force capabilities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
In Charge of tracking & reporting Sales Operational KPIs
Initiate, plan & lead Perfect Store Projects
Ensure Merchandiser resources are optimized, through coverage validation and optimization as well as merchandisers team development and highlights improvement opportunities to improve operational effectiveness
Works with Sales and Customer Marketing to ensure all required merchandising materials are produced and made available within agreed implementation timing and in agreed channels / customer
Generates the key Point-of-Sales analysis based on different sources and insights (e.g., Nielsen, CRM insights from customers, Category, Channel and Shopper Insights, Ratings and Reviews) for better understanding of both Category and SCJ opportunities and threats
Development of Sales Target, target dispatchment and Forecasting consolidation and tracking
Generates key Point-of-Sales data to track execution i.e., sell-in, sell-out, distributor stocks, shelf data
Ensures smooth implementation of all Sales Technology Tools e.g., DIAL, REM
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree level education
2-5 years of experience in sales, sales capability or analysis in an FMCG business.
Solid track record in analysis, number crunching, developing tracking tools, & field sales experience
Experience working with indirect distribution channel management is advantageous
MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Power BI as well as basic orientation of advanced analytical tools, Cloud Solutions & Digital Marketing
Written and Spoken fluency in English
Strong communication, with the ability to translate complex information to a non-technical audience.
Strategic mind set, understands the strategic & tactical nature of the business.
Results orientated and able to work independently and to strict deadlines with a sense of ownership, drive and can-do attitude.
