We’re looking for a highly-driven and motivated Manager - Sales Incubation for our team. If you are looking for a place where you can gain hands-on exposure and have a direct impact, then this may be the place for you! The ideal candidate will have a track record as a significant individual contributor comfortable working independently, whilst working closely with the management team.
This role will be based in Lahore and will report to the Head of Sales.
Manager Sales Incubation will be expected to work closely with multiple stakeholders across the country to get new vendors (first 30 days upon going live on the platform) off to a good start.
These tasks include, but are not limited to :
Monitor Tool Adoption and New Vendor Performance : Review and set up reasonable KPIs for tools adoption and new vendors’ performance.
Work with Business Intelligence to set up automated reports for management.
New Vendor Experience : Review and improve the incubation vendors' seamless experience.
Product Automation and Liaison : Develop new ways of improving new vendors’ journey and set up processes to receive regular updates on vendor tools / systems updates.
Understand the benefits and translate them into engaging, relevant content for vendors.
Build Knowledge on Vendor Base : investigate and understand key characteristics of different vendor segments that will be relevant in developing effective communication channels for each.
Plan and execute study groups to gather key insights for different vendors.
City-level KPIs : Working closely on improving (Dormant Inventory, City cancellations, Offline hours, DLPs DLDs, Days to first order, Vendors with orders )
4 years of experience in a startup environment or in a technology company is a plus
Experience in working with big data sets & optimization problems
Strong analytical skills. Loves numbers, see trends, and transform them into meaningful insight
Proactive and independent, comfortable with project management.
Good communication skills, with the ability to communicate with both external and internal stakeholders across departments and APAC countries with a pleasant personality
Experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Understanding of and experience with Salesforce and Tableau is a plus
