Job Description

Lead Digital Execution acrosscampaigns / platforms / programmatic / search

Coordinate with agency for campaign set up

Campaign optimizations to improve metrics across funnel

Campaign tracking to ensure on target delivery

Co-Lead performance structure across Brands through campaign optimization, exploring best practices for Ecommerce campaign set ups

Campaign optimizations to improve lower funnel metrics like ROAS and conversions

Co-leading first party audience strategy including plans for data collection and deployment of data management platforms, to set up audience data bank for P&GPakistan

Use first party data to create lookalike audiencesto deliver targeted reach at scale, in a cost-effective way for awareness and consideration with the right audiences at the right time with the right message to increase brand trial

Establishingbest practices of Digital Do’s andDon'ts, Audiences and Creatives

Job Qualifications

  • Have at least3 years of experience across performance media channels
  • Have practical experience managing and delivering results across paid media channels : Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, ivideo
  • Have worked and delivered performance metrics : ROAS and other conversion based goals
  • Be up to date with trends and best practices across digital media
  • Be familiar with key cost, viewability and conversion delivery metrics CPM, CTR, VTR, IS, ROAS
  • Have the ability to leverage 1P, 2P and 3P data for digital campaigns
  • Have the ability to lead change and drive innovation
  • Have high collaboration skills internally and externally, should be logical, meticulous & have high attention to details
  • Be comfortable to operate under complex, fast-paced & agile structure
  • Digital certifications will be a plus
