We’re looking for a highly driven and motivated Growth & Performance Manager for our team in Pakistan. The role is based in Pakistan and will report into Head of New Verticals.
Responsibilities :
Develop go-to-market strategies for new business functions, oversee new businesses growth and progress
Identify and track growth and performance KPIs against daily, weekly and monthly targets
Work closely with the Head to ensure that the team structure and incentives are aligned to support the overall strategy for New Verticals
Carry out stringent research and competitor analysis to identify white spaces and areas of improvement for New Verticals
Obsess over and execute sessions, page views, orders, reorder rates and conversion metrics for existing customers and how to get new customers for the New Verticals
Identify opportunities to develop and improve solutions and strengthen the overall customer experience and bring changes where necessary
Develop KPI dashboards, reports and presentations to set up monthly targets to achieve MoM business goals.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business challenges and opportunities. Recommend solutions across the complex range of products and processes.
Develop, maintain and update comprehensive project plans from initial idea to launch and growth.
Ensure necessary audits to maintain a healthy cut-off threshold for all KPI’s so that it does not impact business growth and sales
Work across teams to continuously eliminate unnecessary processes and continuously implement new ways to enhance the business growth & operations
Work with City Teams to analyse local data, identify gaps and provide support for growth opportunities and performance optimization
Work closely with Commercial team for acquisitions, discounting and retention plans
Requirements :
Minimum 4 years of work experience in a fast-paced environment (E-Commerce or FMCG experience preferred)
Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Business, Marketing or STEM disciplines from a top University
Has an acute sense of responsibility and can take full ownership of the function
Deep understanding of Pakistani overall retail and restaurant landscape and their intertwining with e-commerce
Unit economics perspective of what makes last mile retail work
Proficient in MS Office, SQL & Tableau
Strong communication, presentation and organization skills
Ability to reduce complex and complicated information into clear ideas
Bias toward action and constant push for clarity and execution
Superior persuasion and influencing skills to get the job done
Excellent stakeholder management, consensus building and project management skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Experience working within the technology industry / start-up environment is a plus
Understanding of strategic localization and ability to understand data-driven local needs on a city to city and segment to segment basis
