This position is responsible for overseeing all recruitment activities for the Organization; to provide high-quality service to business needs and to contribute to the long-
term development of the HR Function.
This will include responding to requests for recruitment information, preparing advertisements, actively participating in assessments, coordinating assessment schedules and monitoring each recruitment talent pipeline.
Day-to-day Recruitment / Staffing Responsibilities :
Administer and maintain job requisitions raised by all businesses and ensure that the recruitment is aligned with business goals.
Coordinate with hiring manager to follow all recruitment plans for vacant positions.
Responsible for managing initial screening process, schedule interviews, collating interview ratings, travel arrangement (if required) and all communications with candidates before and after interviews for position based in Commercial and PGS Site.
Screening and conducting telephonic 3rd round interviews for all Medical Rep. Level vacant positions across nation.
Managing Medical Assessments for all shortlisted candidates and ensuring only medical fit candidates are moved to Ready to Hire stage.
Coordinating with Business and Strategy & Commercial Operations for effective execution of Sales Managerial Development Program.
Provide reporting and regular status updates to Hiring Manager as required.
Operational Responsibilities :
Conducting and networking orientation plans for new hires.
Execute verification through the third party of educational and past employment documents of new hiring before their final confirmation
Rolling out final confirmation evaluation reports of new hires and timely coordinating to get the probation completion in Human Capital Management System.
Strategic Responsibilities :
Responsible for developing and sustaining short & long term strategic actions for effective acquisition, utilization and development of talent.
Prepare an efficient network and design efficient workflow strategies for all internal and external research.
Train hiring managers on behavior based interview assessment.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and recommend development to process if required.
Responsible for timely completion of the Internship including University visits for business’s projects.
Responsible for propagating and implementing Pfizer values as well as leadership behavior in entire recruitment process.
Analytical Responsibilities :
Forecasting workforce requirements predictive analytics insight into the business’s recruitment needs.
Conducting analysis of attrition to analyze and understand the factors contributing to employee attrition.
Data Analysis of Resigns to help understand improvement opportunities.
Qualification : Education
Masters in Human Resources / Public Administration / MBA (HR)
No specific certification is required
Proven ability to take initiative and look beyond current role openings and identify strong industry talent.
The desire to work with new and innovative technology.
Ability to accurately and articulately document information.
Demonstrates the ability to work effectively in teams; share responsibility for results, provide and accept feedback.
Knowledge of administrative and systems such as managing files and records, designing forms and bringing in branding strategies.
Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation and coordination of people and resources.
