Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all queries related to assigned customers.
  • Provide email- and telephone-based support to Customers.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and other technical departments.
  • Engage senior technical persons as required to assist in the troubleshooting process.
  • Resolve customer issues professionally and effectively
  • Provide timely response to customers query.
