We are looking for Assistant Manager HR & Admin with outstanding administrative and communication skills. You will be responsible for managing HR department for recruiting, training, team building, career growth, productivity, innovation and related matters to our company.
You will ensure that JNJ continues to improve through an energized and dedicated workforce.
Handle Recruitment and selection as and when required
Prepare and maintain Attendance sheets and Payroll
Have sound knowledge of IR and Labor Laws
Dealing with govt. depts. i.e, EOBI, PESSI, WWF, Insurance
Maintain employee files and record updates.
All HR mandatory documents including letters & notices.
Supervising, monitoring & evaluating the staff
Handle Employee Compensation and Benefits issues.
Discussing problems of staff with management
Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
Update staff policies as needed
Ensure all requirements of Full & Final settlements.
Other misc. office administrative tasks
Experience : 3 Years - 5 Years
Minimum Education : Masters
