You will be joining our Operational Care Team to add your expertise and skills to the delivery of Operational Excellence.
You will be coordinating transport activities by executing bookings, order data entry + generating all required export documentation while liaising with our Customer Care Specialists to ensure all requirements are met (in a timely and efficient manner).

Such activities are always performedaccording to all + any global, national or local governing rules, regulations +protocols.
To create / complete shipment details in our internal transport management system
To organize transport based on the customer promise
To coordinate with customer care, haulers and carriers for the transportation of the shipment
Obtain DG approval (where necessary)
To create files for consolidation containers (Master)
To review and ensure alignment of shipping instructions and including to clarify any deviations / conflicts while taking country regulations, export compliance and rate and routing information into consideration)
Issue BAL specimen
To timely and accurately submit carrier OBL instructions, VGM and security filings
To timely and accurately submit VGM and security filings
To ensure departure confirmations (or deviations v. scheduled departure) are shared with the Customer Care Locations
Issue sales invoices within 24 hours from departure
Release BAL B / L as per Financial Guidelines and working instructions
To assure cost awareness and efficiency through timely and accurate cost / revenue updates
To ensure profit maximization by providing cost awareness to the customer care team
Check and verify incoming supplier invoices. Initiate and resolve any rate discrepancies
To immediately report problems, operation disputes or discrepancies to supervisor, manager, divisional manager or branch manager
To monitor operational performance of carriers and other vendors and escalate / create awareness if performance and commitments are not being delivered
To collaborate between Customer Care locations through proactive provision of information, knowledge, solutions + alternatives to deliver customer satisfaction
To ensure data quality as required for timely and accurate customer reporting
To support and resolve claims and disputes
Act in compliance with all KN policies,guidelines and regulations. Take up additional tasks and responsibilities asrequested by your direct manager.
