Reporting to : Manager Pick-up

Role Description

  • Assist in developing and implementing strategies that can increase the orders exponentially for the pickup function nationwide.
  • Work along with support departments to create & execute effective marketing campaigns for Pick-up.
  • Aid account management team to ensure growth and profitability on vendor level for Pick-up business.
  • Develop and execute plans enabling rigorous acquisition of vendors on the Pick-up platform.
  • Work along with support departments to enhance vendor experience and achieve operational KPIs at vendors end.
  • Ensure a seamless customer experience by constantly working along with the customer experience team and Tech team.
  • Measure and track performance, growth and other relevant KPIs using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
  • Enable the vertical to increase profitability with efficient and effective strategies.
  • Managing inbound product development activities along with outbound customer marketing and sales facing activities.
  • What do you bring to the table?

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years' experience in operations, business development and management.
  • High level of independence, self-confidence and responsibility.
  • Experience working in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
  • Command over data analytical skill along with comfort in handling complex data.
  • Able to work cohesively, detail-oriented, organized with the ability to multitask.
  • Fluency in written & verbal communication skills in English and Urdu.
  • Experience in the restaurant or e-commerce industry is a plus.
  • High degree of emotional intelligence.
  • Salesforce or similar CRM experience is a plus.
  • Strong Communication and negotiation skills.
