Job Description We won’t say we can predict the future, but our team of Researchers get pretty close. This role combines data analysis and client consultation from the start, with plenty of room for growth.

You find the stories behind scatter plots and help clients determine which products to launch. You are also responsible for the development of your team and their performance. Responsibilities

  • Upfront business partner for commercial teams in project proposal and new project commissioned stage (design, costing and project execution)
  • Expertise in online data collection
  • Experience of questionnaire design
  • Responsible for FW operations in South region (Karachi, Hyderabad, Sukkur & Quetta)
  • Good MR industry understanding
  • Experience of and understanding of basic data analysis
  • Experience of running job E2E
  • Experience of leading team
  • Experience of working with multiple stakeholders
  • Closely monitor and supervise project delivery planner / tracker, issue trackers, PIS and any other updates needed and make sure 100% compliance to all the Ops processes
  • Ensure timely data delivery to CS from all the extended teams and stakeholders (Data Science, QC team, etc.)
  • Operation Plan, schedule and establish workflow within the area of operation with regular monitor in order to meet the overall schedule, quality and client expectations of the assigned project Manage resources effectively (including manpower allocation) to ensure a more effective and efficient resource allocation with the right skills at each project Ensure the business achieves operational targets through effective management of resources under responsible areas Ensure project plans / schedules / issues are communicated with other related departments for further action planning Achieve delivery schedules with ongoing emphasis to improve efficiency, accuracy, timeliness and cost effectiveness Discuss special requirements and provide technical advice to client service counterparts or clients related to the specialized area (to be cont’d )People Management Utilize the Performance and Development Plan to communicate and assess performance objectives, competency lists and development plans for direct reports Establish high standards of performance and hold associates firmly accountable for meeting those standards Provide support, recognition and feedback to assist employees to achieve their performance standards Act as coach, guide and mentor to employeesSystems / Process Management Ensure standard operating procedures within area of responsibility are followed Periodic review existing systems and procedures in light of the rapid change in business needs and recommend changes / introduce new methods as necessary, with the end goal of maximizing resources and manpower Recommend system enhancements and process improvements within area of responsibility, ensure that all processes have 100% compliance by the team Organizational Management and Development Contribute to organizational initiatives which will be in alignment with the changing business requirements.

  • University degree in Marketing, Economics or related fields
  • 6-8 years’ experience in Marketing Research or related fields
  • Strong analytical mind
  • Very good knowledge on advanced analysis, methods, and tools
  • Excellent numerical skills
  • Good organisational skills, and strong people management skills
  • Very good interpersonal skills
  • Strong business acumen and financial knowledge
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
  • Experience with consumer marketing, statistics, research techniques, and experimental designs
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
