We are a fast growing company where people are the most valuable asset. To support our continuous growth and reinforce our Marketing team in Karachi we are looking for a Brand Manager.

Your role

  • Manage all marketing activities (Brand management, sponsorship, media, activation, market research)
  • Build brand equity of company's products
  • Review and analysis of sales results of the brand's products to determine future product developments and business opportunities for the brand
  • Realize the annual marketing communication plan (Media, PR, social media, sponsorship, Social responsibility campaigns)
  • Ensure that the Corporate Communication activities are implemented and manage relations with the press (crisis management and leadership management)
  • Contribute to the annual marketing plan of the brand
  • Manage product and packaging development processes
  • Perform the consumer promotions in coordination with the relative departments (Production, Purchasing, Planning)
  • Construct and implement the consumer trade campaigns with Sales team
  • Contribute to price strategy by analyzing the new and existing products in the market
  • Prepare product costs and profitability analysis on a monthly basis
  • Plan and implement the work below the line and above the line
  • Follow up Consumer Market Insights and market trends and act according to results
  • Pursue market by analyzing competing products
  • Manage, control and report marketing activities
  • Assess and support the needs and demands of the Sales Team
  • Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions through focus groups and market research
  • Manage relations with advertising, PR and media agencies
  • Design and use tools to understand market conditions and get consumer insights in the country
  • Maintain good business relationships with dealers, distributors, wholesalers and retailers
  • Provide the necessary after sales support to distribution outlets
  • Conduct weekly marketing performance reporting and reports required
  • Manage the marketing / brand related delagted work of General Manager in his absence
  • Manage and look after the work of Marketing Assistant in his absence
  • Ensure the confidentiality of marketing related matters
  • Respect company’s polices and procedure and instructions issued from time to time
  • Respect OHS rules and instructions
  • Your profile

  • University graduation from related disciplines such as business administration, marketing, business management, economics
  • 3 years of experience in a similar function in FMCG
  • Good English in written and spoken
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Able to run different projects at the same time and match deadlines for each
  • Good analytical skills
  • Be a good listener, able to respond to results and consumer research
  • Excellent communicator, both verbally and writing
  • Good interpersonal relationship
