About the Job :
As the Projects Manager, you will lead the charge on the most important initiatives at KeepTruckin Pakistan (Ex. launching new products, entering new markets, geographic expansion).
You must quickly come up to speed on how the business is operated across all functions. You will assemble and lead large cross-
functional teams, build credibility, and alignment among key stakeholders, driving strategic vision and a clear framework for programs & projects.
You will track core business metrics and develop an analytical framework for making data driven decisions when prioritizing, tracking, and iterating on key initiatives.
You are a detail-oriented, get-things-done professional who can adapt quickly, and balance moving quickly with high-quality delivery.
You will report to the General Manager of Pakistan.
Influence future vision of KeepTruckin (Pakistan) GTM strategy.
Strike a balance between heads-down execution and heads-up strategic thinking
Understand strategic problem solving, identify opportunity areas, make recommendations on priorities and for improvement.
Preferred expertise in a B2B SaaS business model (metrics, and benchmarks).
Use data to prioritize, investigate, and measure outcomes. Analyze and report on KPIs and SLAs. Strong experience with Salesforce reporting.
Analyze project execution and identify risks before they impact timeline. Conduct post-mortems, root-cause analysis, and action plans safeguard against future challenges.
Take ownership of complicated projects with high level of executive visibility. You are skilled at communicating with senior executives.
You are tenacious and have a proven track-record of delivering big outcomes in challenging and fast-paced environment.
Earn credibility and trust from cross-functional team and company leadership. Deliver outcomes using influence across the org.
Drive accountability and be relentless in delivering outcomes, but flexible in exactly how to reach the goals. Build optimism & unity in the team and resolve conflict.
Own cross-functional execution of new product launches and entry into new markets
Create and help execute new product / market rollout plans and Go-To-Market playbooks
Expertise with B2B SaaS operational processes & systems preferred, along with project management frameworks and tools.
Conduct stakeholder interviews to collect project needs and resource requirements and compile it into a digestible and actionable format.
Diagram complicated systems & processes
Manage operations of each project, including developing a project plan with : clear scope, success criteria, deliverables, schedule, risks, interdependencies, and resource requirements.
5+ years total professional experience
2+ years experience in project / program management role or similar management consulting role
Operations, Product, Program, or Project Management experience in a technology company (B2B SaaS company preferred)
Proven experience working in a matrix environment, managing multiple stakeholders.
BA / BS degree (MBA Preferred)
Experience at a company whose product includes both hardware and SaaS (Is a plus)
Hands-on software development experience (Is a plus)
Prior experience in the transportation industry (Is a plus)
