We’re looking for a highly-driven and motivated Assistant Manager - HR Ops for our team in Pakistan. If you are looking for a place where you can gain hands-on exposure and have a direct impact, then this may be the place for you!
The ideal candidate will have a track record as a significant individual contributor comfortable working independently, whilst working closely with the management team.
This role will be based in Pakistan and will report to the Deputy Manager - Human Resources & Administration.
About the job :
As our Assistant Manager - HR Ops, you will be responsible for setting up and optimizing processes, while running the day to day operations of your specific function :
Lead the HR - Ops team.
Develop systems for the function.
Understand the daily requirements of HR - Ops and execute process flows efficiently.
Manager functional HR Including Office Management, Comp. & Ben, Asset Management and Helpdesk etc.
Consistently deliver on deadlines.
Manage Payroll processing, TIS management, complete documentation and support in employee onboarding / offboarding.
Manage IHRM, lead travel management and IT team.
Manage procurement and purchasing, and complete database management of inventory on various tech tools.
A relevant Master’s degree is Mandatory.
Has an acute sense of responsibility and can take full ownership of the function.
You have at least 3+ years of work experience in functional HR, TIS and Office Management.
You have strong leadership and communication skills, work independently and are reliable
You are process-oriented and data-driven
Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, or Google equivalents
Your knowledge of the internet and e-commerce sector is solid
You are driven and ambitious
You are very proactive and could lead independent projects
Excellent English skills.
Has the ability to perform root cause analysis and build process flows.
You’re very detail oriented and pay attention to all the steps in the process.
