Accountabilities :

  • To develop new business and enforce nominations Gather information to translate into sales. Work closely with brands and buying houses for forcasting and production details Understand customers needs and develop sales strategy and value proposition on Coats products, services and solutionsGenerate a healthy new business pipeline and maintain / update regularly in DynamicsHighlight key business development progress in weekly report to Commercial Director
  • To generate and monitor sales from newly developed business opportunities Regular communication with target customers to convert opportunities into ordersCompetent to make product recommendations for the different segment and end usesCompetent to negotiate on commercial offers and close the dealsAnalyse sales trend, identify leaking pockets and growth opportunities, and take appropriate actions.
  • To work closely Coats Business Partners to support new business development and delivery sales target Provide good sales forecast for proper demand planning by supply chainWork closely with Production for fast sampling and on-time bulk order deliveriesWork closed with Quality for quality documentation required by customers or quality complaints
  • To coordinate on existing business
  • Requirements :

  • Min.3 years work experience in sales & marketing
  • Proven track records on new business development
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively at all levels within the organisation.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Growth mindset
  • Fluent in English
