Responsible for strategy and planning marketing functions including performance analysis, ideation and development of full-year growth strategies.
Develop go-to-market strategies for new business functions, oversee new businesses growth and progress.
Responsible for identification of growth segments and devising strategies and campaigns to meeting MoM targets of new customer acquisitions and orders.
Work closely with performance and CRM teams for acquisitions, discounting and retention plans.
Closely work with marketing teams at key external partners to drive marketing, co-promotions, value proposition and advertising led growth initiatives.
Develop, maintain and update comprehensive project plans from initial idea to launch and growth.
Work with City Teams to analyze local data and provide support for hyperlocal online and offline marketing and promotions.
Take ownership of the budget process, ensuring spends hit key KPIs such as new customer acquisition, frequency and re-order rates.
Work closely with multiple stakeholders to support planned and effective execution of campaigns and monitoring.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business challenges and opportunities. Recommend solutions across the complex range of products and processes.
Manage the design and execution of offline marketing and activations across the country in line with Campaign strategy.
A Masters or MBA in Marketing, Economics, or Business from a top university
5+ years experience in marketing management for hyper-growth stage companies
Experience in E-Commerce, Telecom, Banking and QSR sectors
Excellent analytical skills, independent thinking, and data-oriented
Ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and often ambiguous environment, with strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Experience as a strategist and executor, who knows how to generate an idea from a trend analysis to the next game-changing strategy
Strong understanding of international marketing and the food delivery industry, in terms of both business trends and operational developments
Demonstrable familiarity with data analysis and reconfiguration to report on marketing performance as we are a very data-driven company.
Ability to develop marketing strategies that translate objectives across business units into clear and motivating creative strategies
Understanding of strategic localization and ability to understand data-driven local needs on a city to city and segment to segment basis
