We’re looking for a highly-driven and motivated Commercial Coordinator for our team. Responsibilities :

  • Conduct external face-to-face meetings with vendors, including furnishing the onboarding training manual tailored-fit for a specific partner, support in vendor issues and being in contact with them.
  • Reduce overall Fail Rate of Orders, Vendor Deactivations, Offlining hours - enhance Vendor Experience and to build strong relationships with vendors.
  • Work closely and proactively with the Supply, Live Operations, Sales, Account Management and Content Teams in ensuring all tasks and requirements are both accurate and conducted in a timely way.
  • Perform data analysis to ensure less fail rate and offline hours.
  • To increase the order growth by smoothing the city operations.
  • Oversee vendors that are newly onboarded to the platform and drive operational excellence within the platform on metrics including commercial performance, internal tools, systems, and any other special projects.
  • Responsible for development of vendors after acquisition and maximize their potential, including but not limited to supporting the onboarding and incubation process for the restaurants.
  • Manage and resolve vendor-related inquiries, issues, and escalations.
  • Ability to work with different teams (inter and intra-department) to ensure smooth vendor journey and high quality of vendor experience within the platform.
  • Analyze vendor performance data and develop strategic plans to boost team's performance.
  • Gather insights and understand pain points from all team members in Commercial in order to develop recommendations for future initiatives and road map development.
  • Identify and provide the right Cellular Network where the vendor is facing network issues.
  • Minimize vendor offboarding by resolving their issues and bring them again on foodpanda.
  • Maintaining the log and updating records of inventory on salesforce.
  • Provide all relevant training and support required during the initial first month of onboarding.
  • Requirements :

  • BBA / MBA Supply Chain / Marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent convincing skills.
  • 1-year experience in operations / sales department in Ecommerce / Telco.
  • Good analytical skills, identify gaps / opportunities.
  • A people person, comfortable interacting with casual hosts and ultra high end professional alike.
  • Love to travel within the City.
  • Entrepreneurial, flexible, self-driven, self-motivated, proactive - a hustler!
  • Fast learner and willingness to go the extra mile
  • Passion for start-up and operation is a plus
  • Full-time availability and able to work in flexible hours
