    Our people are our most valuable asset. To support and reinforce our Finance team we are looking for a Finance Manager South Asia.

    Mission and Key Tasks

    The Finance Manager partners directly with the local General Manager and Country leadership team to build and manage a strong South Asia cross-functional team to shape and drive the company’s growth and investment strategy at the local level.

    He develops short and long term financial planning for business strategy whilst establishing smooth and on time functioning and reporting of finance and accounts matters with proper internal controls / compliance checks.

    In collaboration with the AMEAA VP Finance and Group Finance, he / she builds and manages a strong South Asia finance team and implements the AMEAA finance vision in his area of responsibility.

    As a recognized partner, the finance manager strives to add value to the Ontex business by participating in conscious decision making and communication, anticipating trends, mitigating risks and maximizing opportunities, bringing creative and legitimate solutions for high business impact and focusing on learning and continuous improvement while guarding compliance.

    Commercial Control

    Background and Experience

  • University graduation from Finance, business administration
  • CFA qualification
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar position, preferably in a multinational organization with a matrix structure.
  • Commercial Finance and FP&A experience is a must.

  • Strong Leadership skills to drive and influence decision making by functional heads / country management
  • Strong communication skills to effectively business partner with local management and Division Functions
  • Strong Analytical and financial planning and analysis skills
  • People Management Skills
  • Good command of English, Urdu
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs
  • Hands on experience on SAP / or similar ERP systems
