Working Hours :
Maintain and improve process for submitting and renewing course, providers, permit, instructor etc. approvals by working with regulators at state and federal regulators.
Coordinate with other departments to research the required information for renewing the courses and proprietor licenses.
Maintain a system for documenting, tracking and managing all regulatory filings.
Complete and submit all required forms and documentation for course and provider approvals in a timely manner.
Execute on the renewal roadmap, and keep a track upcoming renewals and the ones that are under review.
Provide all documentations and fulfill all regulatory requirements for any external audit conducted by the regulators.
Proactively submit the forms for address change, director change etc. to the regulators to keep their records current for any changes within the organization.
Any other responsibility assigned by the manager.
