Business Director, Mediacom

Mediacom is seekingaBusiness Directorwith8-10years of work experience who would be responsiblefora role as client engagement / project lead.

This will be a secondment role for one of the global multinational CPG client and market leader in its category based out of Hyderabad.

A media professional withstrong experience in digital marketing strategy. A person with strong performance marketing, ecommerce background will be an added advantage.

Expert in delivering strategicsolutions, this role willcollaborate with multiple team members to anchor integrated mediastrategy with a digital first approach, consumer insights and market / media dynamics.

Reporting of the role :

This role reports to the General Manger

    In three months :

  • You would have complete knowledge of relevant categories.
  • You would have been able to understand the client working style and deliver on theirday-to-dayrequirements and start building relationships with the key decision-makers within the current pipeline
  • Build a good relationship with clients, internal and externalstakeholders,and partners
  • Proactively drive thebusinessinitiativesandresponse to the client requirements & briefs.
  • In six months :

  • Demonstrate a good understanding of clients business and challenges and ability to apply the knowledge in the formulation of campaign strategy and recommendation.
  • Ability to start leading long term & short-term media strategy for the client
  • Be the source on whats new and emerging channels in media and technologies across media, automation and digital commerce
  • Be on top of all the research and insights in the category of clients business.
  • In 12 months :

  • Established strong Client relationships and receive great from key client contacts
  • Challenge briefs and constantly evolve our strategies to ensure we hit client KPIs and constantly take campaigns to the next level
  • Strategic Thinking : Ensure holistic thinking is carried across channel planning and outcomes that can be clearly measured.
  • What you will need :

  • At-least 8 years experience in media strategy / planning / execution / account planning
  • Proficient inanchoring and presenting annual, quarterly media strategies & plans.
  • With experience of various responsibilities within the media ecosystem.
  • Go-getter attitude, data analytics, communication skills, good logical reasoning, attention to detail, integrity, empathy, aptitude & dare for innovation.
  • Working knowledge of all tools TGI, BARC, MAP, IRS. Knowledge of digital tools (COMSCORE,Similarweb, Google trends, etc) would be a plus.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders.
