BaadMay (a product of VentureDive) is a payments startup that offers POS lending to customers through the website and stores of top brands. They are backed by VentureDive and renowned investors.

BaadMay is looking for a passionate, driven, efficient and high-performing Sales Executive, with a proven record, to join our team and onboard new brands. You will be reaching out to and dealing with potential partners. The ideal candidate should have the ability to pitch, negotiate, and follow up multiple times until the deal is closed. Strong communication skills, and supporting the sales process, while being comfortable with wearing multiple hats to get the job done, are crucial requirements. The ability to find decision makers, cold call, approach and connect with high-level management is an added bonus skill desired. Prior work experience in the B2B Sales sector is necessary.

You will be responsible for:

  • Bringing in new brands partners
  • Dealing closely with their sales teams and core management at BaadMay
  • Performing prospect research on businesses
  • Leveraging executive-level relationships to enhance Impetus’ presence
  • Lead-generation through cold reach out (calling and emailing)
  • Arranging live demos with potential partners and relevantly pursuing followup
  • Plan, develop and execute strategies to drive new business
  • Monitoring and reporting on sales performance

Experience: Minimum 3 years


Salary: Market competitive with an attractive commission structure


Location: Lahore or Karachi
