The Manager of Customer Order Support Operations is responsible for enabling support functions that effectively and efficiently orchestrate customer support.
This includes process adherence and compliance connected to customers and orders throughout the lifecycle. Responsibilities and Tasks :
Participate in setting the vision, goals, and metrics for continual improvement of the Order Management process
Act as liaison and support for business process outsourcing model; problem solving, point of contact for process related questions.
Participate in creating sustainable sample order processes to support customers
Manage and distribute workload to support sample order processes
Participate in creating sustainable auxiliary functions to support customers
Manage and distribute workload to support auxiliary functions for order management
Manage and distribute workload to support customer requirements process needs
Identify resource needs to ensure order management processes are supported
Manage process risks and recommendations for mitigation and long-term improvements
Monitor and periodically report on process performance and service level
Drive organizational awareness, education, and advocacy
Work cross functionally to manage process documentation and training needs
Develop and manage an effective team
