Your main activities will be :
You are able to build long lasting relationships with existing employees and provide leadership and support for implementation of employee related initiatives.
Coordinate implementation of different services, policies and programs from different areas of HR work.
Manage to close the full cycle talent acquisition process and ensure smooth and positive candidate experience.
Follow recruitment trends in order to attract and retain the best talents.
Counseling local management on the best practices for local or departmental people related matter and strategy leads to higher employee engagement and employee development.
Implementation and improvement of performance management system and organisational structure within the given area of work.
Establishing successful collaboration with all stakeholders to understand their needs.
Organizing education sessions for employees along with events and engagement activities
Representing Infobip internally and externally at events, conferences, career fairs, etc.
Coordination of implementation of different services, policies and programs from different areas of work
Mentoring new and existing team members.
